Born in Miami, Heidi Cherubin moved to New York to earn her bachelor’s degree in Architecture at the City University of New York. She also obtained her master’s degree in Interior Design at the Academy of Art University. Before getting into real estate, Heidi Cherubin’s career at Closet Factory was a mixture of Interior Design, Project Management, and Sales. Theses experiences provided Heidi Cherubin with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations and always putting her clients first throughout the entire process of one of the biggest investments of their lives.

Heidi Cherubin’s desire to help families own their home, her ambition, and her love for homes at a young age made becoming a real estate specialist a natural fit. The Family
Heidi Cherubin and her husband have been living in Downtown Miami for the past 5 years. They were grateful to welcome their beautiful daughter Jemma during the pandemic. When Heidi Cherubin is not busy talking real estate, she’s a foodie and enjoys exploring new restaurant and trying different cuisines. Heidi Cherubin’s parents are from Haiti where she was raised and came back to Miami at the age of 15. Being that Heidi is Haitian American, she fluently speaks English, French, and Creole.
